LATEST NEWS IN THE CASE:
The “Anti Corruption Action Centre” team drew attention to the land being carved up in the Sophiivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv from 2006 to 2010. We want to find out if any of the officials who allowed the illegal allocation of hectares of land to individuals, including family members of the capital’s prosecutor, were punished. This is why we appealed to the Prosecutor General and the village council of Sophiivska Borschagivka.
How “Our Money” writes, from 2006 to 2010, the village council of Sophiivska Borshchagivka, Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district, unreasonably presented several individuals land on Gorky Street. In particular, Kryvobok’s family received 16.64 hectares. The purpose of the land was later re-zoned from agricultural to residential.
Who are the happy owners of the land below Kyiv? According to journalists, it is Tetiana Kryvobok – wife of Georgi Kryvobok – senior investigator for particularly important cases of the Prosecutor General’s Office and his parents – Vasyl and Oksana (pictured).
The land received by Kryvobok was given to Residential Complex “Sophia Kyiv” for construction. Probably, as a reward for the land, Tetiana Kryvobok became the owner of more than a hundred apartments built in the complex.
After she received ownership of the apartments, Mrs. Kryvobok began selling them to the Ministry of Defense and the Interior Ministry. In the whole of 2015, the senior investigator of the GPU’s wife signed contracts worth at least 83.88 million UAH with both ministries.
Interestingly, the temporary committee of the Sophiivska Borshchagivka village council, reported all the irregularities in the allocation of the land, for which there is criminal liability.
